Mindfulness is a modern mental skill that trains your brain in a very positive way. Mindfulness helps you become more aware of our thoughts and feelings so that instead of feeling overwhelmed by them, we feel able to manage them. Practising mindfulness can give you a greater awareness of your emotions, boost your attention and concentration and improve relationships.

Hypnotherapy is a life-changing, goal-orientated therapy that may offer rapid, sustained results. Most clients would need between 3- 6 sessions, depending on the nature of their issue.
The therapy is very relaxing and enjoyable where the client is in control the whole time, yet able to enjoy a total physical and mental relaxation.
The conscious mind is bypassed and the subconscious mind is open to receive positive suggestions that will help the client to learn new positive life-changing habits and get rid of unwanted, restricted habits that are controlling their lives, and have developed into phobias or limiting beliefs.

I am a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Mindfulness Coach based in Winchester and am delighted to be practicing at the Winchester Spine Centre. I have two daughters and two gorgeous grandsons so have moved up the generation ladder very quickly! I love living and working in Winchester and all it has to offer.
I experienced a course of hypnotherapy sessions many years ago which transformed my life and I have always been fascinated by the power of the mind and the influence it has over our bodies particularly in relation to our health.
I love working with clients to help them make positive changes in their lives, dealing with issues such as stress, self-esteem and confidence, weight loss, phobias and smoking cessation, pain relief and mild depression, amongst other issues. I pride myself on providing my clients with a caring and supportive environment which enables them to feel inspired and empowered to change their lives for good.
I also run Confident Birthing courses for groups and individual couples, facilitating expecting mums to feel a sense of confidence and control over their mind and body during labour, resulting in a calmer happier baby, less pain relief, more natural bonding and quicker recovery.
I extended my skills last year to train as a Mindfulness Coach and offer both group and individual mindfulness training. As well as offering it in the clinic I have a number of corporate clients locally for whom I run Mindfulness workshops.
I offer a free ½ hour initial telephone consultation for both mindfulness and hypnotherapy.
Hypnotherapy – 60 minute session @ £75 for all issues apart from smoking cessation, which is a 90 minute session – @ £220.
Mindfulness – 8 Week Group Course – £250 per person
Mindfulness 6 week 1-1 Course – £300
